Estimates are based on information provided and observations made during our on-site visit. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the quote date unless otherwise noted. Final pricing may vary based on conditions discovered during installation.
Providing an estimate does not obligate either party. A signed contract is required before any work begins.
All service work is governed by the written service agreement signed at the start of a project. That agreement controls over anything stated on this website.
Services may be performed by licensed and insured contractors in our network. We vet all contractors before they perform work on behalf of St. Augustine Awnings.
Product warranties are provided by manufacturers per their published terms. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from completion unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, St. Augustine Awnings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or services provided.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
