St. Augustine Awnings is a local awning design, fabrication, and installation company serving the First Coast. We work across St. Johns and Flagler Counties, from Anastasia State Park up through Ponte Vedra and down to the south end of Flagler Beach.
Adrian Pellicer founded the company after years of working on awnings across North Florida. The gap he saw: too many installers selling standard product to homes that needed coastal-grade construction. Fabric that failed in five years. Frames that corroded through. Motors that stopped working after one storm.
We built this company around a simple idea — match the awning to the exposure. Coastal homes get coastal-grade materials. Historic homes get historic-appropriate design. Every project gets hardware that won't fail before its time.
Honest assessment. On the first visit, we tell you whether your project calls for standard product, coastal-grade, or hurricane-rated. We don't upsell.
Marine hardware standard. Every coastal install uses stainless and marine-grade aluminum, even when cheaper hardware would pass inspection.
Design-first for custom work. Custom projects start with drawings, not a rushed quote. We revise until you approve before any fabrication begins.
HOA and historic district handled. We've been through ARB reviews across Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, World Golf Village, and every gated community in between. We know what each board wants to see.
Homeowners are the majority of our work — retractable patio awnings, pergolas, window awnings, and custom projects for homes across the First Coast.
